Title: Schlemmertopf Meatloaf

2lbGround beef
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/4cMinced onion
1 1/2tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
1 1/4cCondensed vegetable soup
2cCereal flakes; crushed

Soak lid of glazed clay cooker. Mix ingredients thoroughly in the order listed. Shape into loaf and place in cooker, cover. Put into cold oven and turn temperature to 425F. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. From Schlemmertopf Recipe book.
